I try and remember when. When the idea of the book stepped into our minds. I don't know. The only thing I know for sure, it's that this idea occured quite lately, at the right time. It was a kind of natural movement. I always liked it, when things just happen without any questioning about their legitimacy.
It is happening, full stop.
What is certain is that Anne and myself have never worked together with the idea of making a book. It's probably what explains, to a certain extend, its peculiarity. Some day the book was born, like an obvious fact. Afterwards, we've been working on the book in depth. We found ourselves remebering all these instants made of intensity, happiness, work till late... to cut a long story short, the life of the book itself. Dureing all the phase of design, we were obsessed by this key-word : sincerity. We wanted this book to stand as our perfect match, even if this was meaning that it might, finally, exist only in our heads.
